Aleksandra Pawlak
Aleksandra brought the WULOP Permanent Makeup Championships to Ireland in 2020. Since then, she has been organizing the largest and most prestigious permanent makeup event in both Ireland and Northern Ireland every year.
She is the owner of Butterfly Effect Beauty Salon & Academy and has been working in the permanent makeup industry since 2013.
Aleksandra has represented Ireland internationally as a speaker and judge at permanent makeup championships and conferences in countries including Japan, Vietnam, Mexico, Thailand, Indonesia, Turkey, Slovakia, Poland, and Brazil.
Driven by passion, precision, and a commitment to excellence, Aleksandra continues to inspire and elevate the standards of the permanent makeup industry worldwide.
Lucy Mc Alister
Lucy McAlister is the owner of Brows By Lue and co-organiser of WULOP Ireland. She began her career over 20 years ago as a professional makeup artist before travelling internationally as a brand representative for Tarte Cosmetics, working across runway shows, editorial shoots, and major beauty events. This foundation in the beauty industry helped develop the creativity and artistic precision that now define her work within PMU. With more than 10 years of experience in permanent makeup, Lucy gained international recognition after winning first place in Microblading at WULOP She subsequently returned as a featured non stop speaker and later served as a judge within the organisation. Lucy has also represented her work internationally through WULOP Portugal and as a special guest in Thailand.
Committed to supporting and elevating the PMU industry in Ireland, Lucy is proud to co-organise WULOP Ireland as a non-profit event dedicated to creating a fair, professional, and inspiring platform where artists can connect, compete, and continue to grow within the industry.
Shauna McKeever-Sloan
Shauna is a multi award-winning and highly respected PMU artist, educator and judge. With a 22-year career as a Pharmacist and a decade in PMU, she combines scientific knowledge & precision with artistic flair to deliver natural confidence boosting results.
Crowned Double All-Ireland WULOP Microblading Champion in 2022 and 2023, she also placed 13th in the world at the 2023 WULOP World Finals, competing against artists from 62 countries. She is a PhiBrows Master Trainer in both Microblading and Machine Hairstrokes, with multiple UK and Irish awards recognising her work.
As co-organiser of WULOP Ireland, she is dedicated to creating a fair, supportive, and transparent environment, with zero tolerance for dishonesty or favouritism. Her vision is to deliver a world-class, non-profit event, bringing leading industry names to Ireland and creating a stunning platform where Irish artists can learn, connect, and celebrate together, while showcasing the exceptional talent that exists across Ireland.
